Hi, I'm Mac,
I'm a Nationally Board-Certified Health & Neuro Coach, and Yoga Instructor. After decades of helping people improve their health, I chose to focus my work on helping midlife women understand what's happening in their bodies and feel like themselves again.
Like many women, I've experienced stress, grief, hormonal changes, and the frustration of wondering why my body suddenly felt different.
