The Bliss Blueprint was created from both professional expertise and real-life experience.
As a Nationally Board Certified Health and euro mindset coach, I’ve spent years helping women navigate burnout, hormonal shifts, stress, and the many transitions that come with midlife.
But this work is also deeply personal.
After walking through my own seasons of loss, change, and rebuilding my health and energy from the inside out, I began teaching the simple practices that helped me — and so many other women — feel like themselves again.
