Hi, I'm Mac.

I created this masterclass for women navigating midlife who feel confused, depleted, or disconnected from their bodies — because I’ve been there too.

Like many women, I did all the “right things.”
I tried to push through, take care of everyone else, and quietly wondered why nothing in my body felt the same anymore.

What I eventually learned through my own healing journey, years of study, and working with women just like you is this:

Midlife doesn’t require more effort. It requires a different kind of care.

And most of us were never taught what that care actually looks like.

Today, I teach science-backed, realistic approaches to midlife health that are grounded not only in research, but in lived experience.
