5.PURCHASES + PAYMENT TERMS

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed through secure third-party platforms (such as Stripe, PayPal, Kajabi Payments, or other providers). We do not store or have access to your full payment information.

If payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend access to the product/program until the account is brought current.

6. PAYMENT PLANS

Harassment, bullying, discrimination, hate speech, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these standards without refund.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY + COPYRIGHT

All website content and all program materials are owned by Bliss With Mac, including but not limited to:

• Worksheets, PDFs, guides, and downloads

• Branding, graphics, and written content

• Program frameworks and teaching methods

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, share, or publish any portion of our content without written permission.

This includes sharing your login access or downloaded materials with others.

11. CONFIDENTIALITY
